We recognize that those vendors who claim to have a single source solution do some things very well. However, we also recognize there are components of single vendor solutions that do not work very well, which often leads to operator dissatisfaction from operational issues and loss of profit.

Integrated Onboarding, Labor Scheduling, and Document Management

Three of B.O.B.'s solution partners have produced an integrated offering that provides an end-to-end workforce management solution featuring superior functionality at a significantly lower cost than what is available from single-source vendors. At the core of the solution is the ability to provide a single point of entry of new hire information once a hiring decision has been made.

Once a hiring decision has been made, new hires are directed to an employee onboarding portal provided by Emerald Software Group. All data needed to meet company and compliance requirements is entered by the new hire, including electronic signatures for applicable forms and acknowledgement of company policies. The manager completes the process by providing job category, starting pay rates, etc.

When completed, the onboarding data and electronic forms enter a workflow through the docAssist solution where they are routed to the appropriate departments or individuals, such as the hiring authority, for approval. Once approved for hire, the applicable employee data is populated in the TimeForge labor scheduling solution. TimeForge then becomes the number authority for payroll purposes as well as the reference point for employee data, and provides relevant data to any other applications that need the information such as back office, Point-of-Sale, or payroll provider.

Modern Web-based Solutions

All B.O.B. partners offer solutions that leverage the power of the Internet. The solutions are offered in a SaaS (Software As A Service) model minimizing the need for purchasing additional hardware or software. We Do Not Get Paid by Restaurant Operators

B.O.B. is an authorized representative for our partner companies. Our revenue model does not normally require direct compensation from multi-unit operators, although occasionally we enter into a paid advisory role on behalf of operators. Unless you ask us to send you an invoice, B.O.B. will not ask you to send us a check.
